With a filled to capacity Cypress Community Center, the 10th Annual Police Foundation Appreciation Luncheon was held May 17, 2022. The Cypress Police Foundation has been proud to sponsor these Luncheons since 2011. It is a signature project of the Foundation and it has grown in its size, visibility and recognition over the years.

There are many hours that go into the preparation of this annual event that is timed to run precisely from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is the Foundation’s opportunity to showcase to our City and its environs, our police officers and police staff and the great work they do year round in protecting all of us. It is a fun event at the same time. The participants enjoy a great meal and camaraderie as attendees sit side by side with our community partners.  The color guard, the bagpipes, the awards ceremony are all a part of the event.

Such an event would not be possible but for the generous financial support of corporate citizens. Elsewhere on our website, we acknowledge these great companies and their generosity. We are also proud of the many individual citizens that not only attend the Luncheons but are generous in their financial support as well.
